Camping At Clinton Lake

We have been talking about going camping for the last two years and we never seem to make it so this year we were committed to going and testing out our new deluxe accommodations tent. Stella wasn't so keen on the idea of sleeping outdoors but by day two she was so exhausted that she didn't even care. We had a lot of visitors so it was a super exciting experience. Michelle, Shawn, Jonathan, and Connor stopped in Friday and brought us some much needed wood. Debbie, Niki, Kiley and Rory were the first to arrive on Saturday and they had a lot of fun pulling Stella around in the bicycle stroller and she was happy to be the center of every one's world. Bill, Billy and Abby came in the afternoon and then we all went swimming. We couldn't have asked for a better day and we are looking forward to another adventure this fall when it cools off. We also got to see Bill and Amy's new house which I thought was totally awesome, I'm still thinking of all that I could do with the garden they inherited from her Grandfather.

 Stella: Lets go again Kiley. Kiley: But I think I have a blister. Stella: Put a band aid on it and lets get going!

Trip To Grammies

We couldn't stay away from Grammie after seeing her the week before so we loaded up the van and headed west. We have been wanting to go to the railroad museum for forever and we finally did it. Jonas was entranced with the model train that they had setup but Stella really enjoyed the playground out back. The next day we had fun playing in the water and "watering" the grass for Grammie. On our way home we stopped in to see Mike and Ruth and both kids had fun making a mess and being silly in the backyard. The kids had so much fun and if any proof was needed you could hear Stella saying bye for several blocks as we were leaving.

Tracy's An Aunt

Tracy's brother Jared had a baby and she couldn't be prouder to be an aunt to little Nevaeh. She is so small but what she's missing in size she more than makes up for in looks.
