Marble Days

We went looking for our lost marbles but we were pleasantly surprised by all the activities that Bonner Springs' Marble Days had. Jonas didn't have a chance to join in the marble competition but he has big plans for next year. It was amazing all the balls that were released and sent racing down the hill, none of our won but we had a great day.

It's Pool O'Clock

Jonas asks me every day if we are going to go to the big pool and I have to tell them that it isn't open yet and he is usually satisfied if we fill out pool out back. He especially liked it when Momma got home and had a little water fight with him.

 This water tastes so good.

Stella started our day off enjoying her smoothie that momma made for her and then we got ready for some fun. We spent the day with one of Jonas' classmates at the Kansas City Zoo enjoying our time with them before we suffer our first casualty of being friends with a military family. Mary has become one of my good friends as well and we will miss them greatly. 

 This tastes great.

Pool season has begun at the Lawler-White household. Stella loves the water and would let you lift her to the slide a few hundred times if you would let her continue. The one thing that Stella doesn't like is the fact that Jonas loves to splash and pour.

Momma Goes To The Zoo

Everyone knows that the kids and I go to the zoo quite often but it's a very rare occasion that momma gets to go with us and we took advantage. We decided that morning to just go and set our own pace and it felt good to not have any obligations or time constraints.
